Anyway, so now it's official. I'm calling my apartments today and going through the motions with them. Then my biggest obstacle now is selling/getting rid of alot of my stuff. There are only a few furniture items that I'm bringing with me. One..I would LOVE to bring my king size bed because I love it and it's the best, most comfortable bed BUT, it's not. We will stick with Dusty's queen for now but I'm telling ya, we will be getting a new bed in the next couple years..we just HAVE to! I need a softer mattress. Then there is the sleeper sofa my dad just bought me for Christmas. It was expensive and I just love it. It's my favorite color and it's coming with. Luckily, that works for both of us. Dusty has two couches in his living room but one of them is going to his mom's house as soon as it can. So that leaves us room. Then I need to get Josh's bed and dresser here too. Then just my personal stuff, our clothes, toys, sewing stuff, some kitchen stuff..etc. All the rest needs to go!
It's exciting but sounds like alot of work. I hate moving!
I'm keeping Josh in the school is is registered for which is in Fenton (about 15 miles from where Dusty lives) I don't work so I will be home all day. I am enrolled in school full time come fall (14 credits) so I will be able to drive him to and from school everyday and then have several hours while he is in school to do my school work. Dusty and I both discussed this and even though there is a credit card we are trying very hard to get rid of, I'm not going to work because it simply won't jive with my full time school schedule and the commitment to leaving Josh in this school district in Fenton. If school wasn't in the cards this quarter then I would consider getting a part time job while Josh was in school JUST to pay off this card BUT school's first! We will manage.
